8 organizations from 6 different countries have joined forces for this great project met its goal of improving the abilities and skills in the energy efficiency sector, which are required today and have arisen from the need to develop “New skills for New jobs” in a growing green market.
The response to this challenge has been very positive for both public and private institutions who have shown interest for further education and knowledge in the field of energy management. For instance, there are specifically five universities in Malta and Spain already working in the integration of EFFIVET training within their programs and courses. On the other hand, in countries like Germany or Croatia there are companies very interested in implementing this structure in their existing trainings, indeed in Croatia is expected that people and companies in the sector start applying EFFIVET resources to their own strategies in the coming months.
We can conclude that there have been three major achievements of this project:
- Creation of the “Competence profile”
- Definition of an European curriculum
- Development of the Training guide
The main impact of these tools will be the improvement and adaptation of the qualification of workers in national level by the development of a European specific profile.
Afterwards, the most important outcome of the work done, is that each of the EFFIVET partners has developed a strong commitment to disseminate the tools and knowledge resulted. Thence, they all have designed a set of activities and strategies in order to promote its importance internationally and especially raise governments’ awareness on the importance of a new qualification structure for the energy manager jobs.
With the EFFIVET results we expect drive the growth of the energy efficiency sector by ensuring on this web – www.viagrawithoutaprescriptionusa.com a development of highly trained and updated human capital.
