Last EFFIVET meeting took place at Sliema, in Malta, hosted by one of the on this web partners: The Association of Local Councils.
The objectives of this meeting were to present the final version of the Training Guide, which is already uploaded on EFFIVET website, and to talk about the communication strategy that is being used to promote EFFIVET project. It is worth noting that both indicators, website visits and number of social media followers, have kept growing.
After the two days meeting they concluded that the Training Guide has been highly accepted within the participating countries, and therefore, many government entities are willing to collaborate in the development plan of the energy manager profile.
Another achievement of the meeting, was that the external evaluator, SOGESCA, shared all information needed to carry out quality assessments. Finally, issues related to project management were discussed and then reviewed details in order to successfully complete all.
It can be said that the meeting provided two productive days of work with good results, where mainly they defined the next steps to conclude successfully the project EFFIVET. Among the most important agreed actions, is to increase the number of copies and reach at least 500 copies of the TG, with the purpose to ensure a proper EFFIVET project communication.
At the end of the meeting, all attendants commented that it had been a pleasure to work together on EFFIVET project for 2 years and it would be interesting to work together again in further projects.
